ABOUT ME

Born in 2004, I started triathlon in 2013 at the age of 9 with the Club du Pays de Saint Gilles Croix de Vie Vendée Triathlon.

After completing an apprenticeship as a plumbing fitter, I'm now doing an apprenticeship as an electrician.

Triathlon is now part of my life balance, and I like to set myself new goals every year to challenge myself.

A DAILY CHALLENGE

@elian.tri

Every day of the week is planned to achieve my goals. This forces me to be rigorous and organised, but always with the notion of having fun in mind.

In the 10 years I've been practising, I've been able to gain experience from both my successes and my failures.

I want to keep improving and every training session helps me to develop as an athlete.

MY RACES

8th place in the amateur category at the Challenge Vieux Boucau. The aim was to run an attacking race. I succeeded until the 5th km of the run, when I was still in 2nd place with a chance of going for 1st. But a sore back thwarted my result and I couldn't keep up the pace with the pain, but I still managed to finish the race despite the pain.

Nevertheless, there are still some positive points to be highlighted: a good bike with an average power...

CHALLENGE VIEUX BOUCAU

I'd been waiting impatiently to be able to run at home ever since the last race and my withdrawal. It's been a complicated week, with a virus bothering me and preventing me from preparing properly. The day before, I wasn't sure whether I'd be able to take the start...

On Sunday, I was feeling a bit better, so I couldn't not try!

The weather was quite wet...

SAINT GILLES CROIX DE VIE TRIATHLON

The IronMan 70.3 in Les Sables d'Olonne was one of my main objectives for the season. The race lived up to my expectations and it was a real pleasure to race almost at home. I came 1st in the amateur category and 28th overall in 4h01, right up there with the professionals. This IronMan was supported by the ProSerie, so it was even more satisfying to see the start list!...

LES SABLES D'OLONNE IRON MAN 70.3

For this year's French Long Triathlon Championships, I was hoping to build on my success at the FrenchMan. Unfortunately, the planets didn't always align.

Swimming: Right from the start, I was knocked back, forcing me to stop and replace my goggles. I never really got into...

LA ROCHE SUR YON TRIATHLON

So a quick look back at the first triathlon of the season: the FrenchMan Sichel Sport Triathlon L at Carcans. It's a triathlon I know well, having already done the M format 2 years ago. This first triathlon of the season was there to lay the foundations and validate the numerous winter training sessions in the rain and in the cold...

WHY SUPPORT ME ?

Triathlon is a sport that encourages you to push yourself, be patient and respect others. To succeed, you have to train relentlessly and never give up. These values can be translated into the world of work, in your company.
So get involved with a young, hard-working regional athlete with ambitious but achievable goals. A season means a lot of costs for me (equipment, competition entries, travel, miscellaneous expenses, etc.). By supporting me, you're helping me to finance my season and achieve my goals.
Then it won't be my victories, but OUR victories.
